1 General Terms & Conditions

77up (including https://77up.blog) is an international online gaming platform operating under a valid international license. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 77up. 6 Prohibited Activities

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77up platform — including logos, designs, software, games, text, graphics, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 77up or its respective licensors. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

The 77up name, logo, and trademarks may not be used by any individual or organization without prior authorization.

8 Limitation of Liability

77up assumes no liability for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to internet connectivity issues or a device malfunction.
• If a transaction is delayed due to issues with a third-party payment gateway.
• If account credentials are exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to an unexpected technical failure.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

77up may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
